Meet the Team
Abigail Moore, DO
Psychiatrist
Dr. Abigail Moore is a board-certified psychiatrist with nearly 30 years of experience in psychiatric practice, including approximately 20 years serving the Flagstaff community. She completed her psychiatric training at The Menninger Clinic and has worked in both community mental health and private practice, including approximately seven years at local community mental health centers and the past 13 years in private practice in Flagstaff. Her approach combines thoughtful medication management with psychotherapy and an emphasis on developing long-term, collaborative relationships with her patients.
Dr. Moore has a particular interest in treatment-resistant depression and offers advanced treatments including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine), and ketamine therapy, including IV ketamine. Her ketamine program is part of a comprehensive psychiatric practice and is led by a board-certified psychiatrist, allowing treatment to be considered within the context of each patient’s diagnosis, medications, treatment history, and ongoing psychiatric care. Her goal is to provide treatment that is scientifically informed, highly individualized, and grounded in compassion and respect for each patient as a whole person.
Sherry Mason
Billing and Insurance Specialist
Sherry is a billing and insurance specialist who genuinely cares about patients and is always willing to listen and help with their financial and insurance needs. She has lived in Flagstaff for seven years and brings eight years of experience working in the mental health field. Sherry is the proud mother of three children: an NAU graduate, a police officer, and a current NAU student. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her dogs, and being with her family.
Sky Elizondo
Patient Coordinator
Sky is an Arizona native currently pursuing a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Northern Arizona University, with a minor in Psychology. She has a strong interest in understanding people, human behavior, and the world around her, which complements her passion for criminal justice. Outside of academics, Sky enjoys writing, art, music, and cooking, all of which are creative outlets that allow her to express herself and explore her many interests. When she isn’t working or in class, she loves spending time with her friends and loved ones, making memories and enjoying the people who matter most to her.
Kaileena Riley
Patient Coordinator
Kaileena is an Arizona native and is pursuing her bachelor’s degree at Northern Arizona University. She is currently studying marketing with a minor in education. In her free time she enjoys learning new music on drums, piano or ukulele or reading while drinking an italian soda. She loves a good conversation and being a listening ear to all.
